In the year of the COVID-19 pandemic, tributes to Mather veterans – employees, volunteers and physicians – will be a combination of virtual and symbolic honors.
In place of our annual Veterans Day ceremony – cancelled due to the virus – Mather is displaying a list of veterans in the main lobby. A field of American flags in the courtyard will serve as another tribute.
In addition, some veterans will be profiled on the hospital’s Humans of Mather Hospital Facebook page.
