When you select "Community" options, different colors mean different communities. That's all.
What is the difference between text mining and bibliometric analysis?
Well, I am not sure. The definition of "text mining" is not very clear. It appears to me that "text mining" is a marketing term rather than an academic term.
I think these two use same or very similar statistical methods. But the purpose and / or philosophy of the analysis may vary.

Dear Sir,
What is the acceptance level of Jaccard coefficient? Is there any minimum limit up to which the correlation is valid?
There is no explicit / external limit, I think. It will vary depending on the structure of your data.
Roughly speaking, it is around 0.1 in my experience.
BTW, Jaccard coef. is not a KH Coder spesific topic. For more detailed technical explanations, I recommend you consult books on statistics.
