#454 Wrong TransTip when target term contains comma

2.3

No

When a glossary target term contains a comma, it is displayed in the glossary pane enclosed with quotes.
E.g.,
source term->target, and more
will be displayed as
source term = "target, and more"

When such a term occurs, the TransTips created are incorrect:
- The quotes are kept (they should be removed).
- The term is split at the comma level.

The above example will give two lines in TransTip:
"target,
and more"

The correct result should be:
target, and more
(i.e., on a single line, and without surrounding quotes)
