WBB: Carlisle Leads Tritons Past Cal State Dominguez Hills For 10th Straight Win

Sophomore point guard Chelsea Carlisle scored a season-high 28 points to lead the 14th-ranked UC San Diego women's basketball team to a 69-64 triumph over CCAA foe Cal State Dominguez Hills on Sunday afternoon at the Torodome. Carlisle came through down the stretch once again, scoring seven of the Tritons' final nine points to help down the Toros. UCSD improves to 10-0 for the first time in program history, building on the school record for wins to open a season that was established with Saturday's 65-61 victory at Cal State L.A. MBB: UCSD Stumbles Against Cal State Dominguez Hills, 67-55

Robert Willhite scored 16 points and Michael Cox finished with 11 to lead Cal State Dominguez Hills to a 67-55 victory over UC San Diego in a California Collegiate Athletic Association matchup on Sunday afternoon at the Torodome on the CSUDH campus. Senior guard Jordan Lawley led all scorers with 17 points in a losing effort for the Tritons. UCSD falls to 2-6 overall and 1-4 in conference play with the loss.
