The Warren College motto, "Toward a Life in Balance," is inspired by the philosophy of our namesake, former Chief Justice Earl Warren. The College is dedicated to cultivating ethically responsible citizen scholars who will flourish during their careers at UC San Diego and beyond.

Apply to be a Warren College Orientation Leader (OL)

Would you like to positively represent Warren College and UC San Diego while welcoming and serving as a resource for new freshmen and transfer students as they transition to college? Apply to be a Warren College Orientation Leader. This is a paid student position with excellent leadership development opportunities. For complete details and required training times see the job descriptions. Applications are due by February 12, 2010 and must be returned to the Student Affairs Office (CSE 1148) by 4:00 pm.

Academic Integrity Tutorial

All new freshman, transfer, and Education Abroad Program reciprocity students are required to complete the online Academic Integrity Tutorial by Monday, February 8, 2010. Both an e-mail and a letter were sent to students on January 21 with instructions. If you do not complete the tutorial by the deadline, a hold will be placed on your academic record and you will not be able to engage in any University transaction including, but not limited to, registering for classes. Administrative holds are not automatically removed as soon as you complete the tutorial - it can take 24-48 hours to clear the hold.

24-Hour Student Lounge Naming Contest

Warren has a new 24/7 Lounge open for you, but it doesn't have a name yet! Submit your name suggestions in our naming contest and if your name wins not only will you have named a building, but you will win a $50 gift card of your choice. Submissions will be accepted until the end of winter quarter. All Warren students are eligible to participate.
