Conference Services Guest Reservations

Thank you for your interest in UC San Diego Conference Services Guest Reservations.

Guest Reservation Housing is summer Housing that is offered to prospective UC San Diego students and their families, UC San Diego Alumni, visiting scholars, researchers, or guests with a departmental host. Apartments are available from the middle of June through Labor Day.

Available Housing Options:

  • Family/Faculty Apartment
    • 5 guests total (2 double rooms, 1 single room) are available for families and faculty members.
  • Shared Apartment
    • The economical choice. Single rooms in a shared apartment (same gender) accommodations are available.
  • Conference Plus Apartment
    • These accommodations are an update from our apartments, featuring single rooms, linens, cable TV, wireless Internet access and other amenities. The Conference Plus apartments consist of 3 individual rooms.
