Issue #1169: On Login screen Arabic text from website not displaying properly and correct RTL format.

Hello,

We are sharing the Arabic text from website. But Login and share screen not detect the language and not displaying text in correct RTL format.

Condition 1 - On Login Screen:
If user not Login on tweeter and click for share the text on tweeter. After redirecting on tweeter it display the text in LTR format instead of RTL format on Login screen for authenticate the user. After clicking on Login and tweet on user profile page it detects the language and display text properly in RTL format. We want that Login screen also detects the language and display text in correct format.

Condition 2 - Already Login Screen:
If user is already Login on tweeter and click for share the text on tweeter. After redirecting on tweeter it display the text in LTR format instead of RTL format. After clicking on tweet on user profile page it detects the language and display text properly in RTL format. We want that share screen also detects the language and display text in correct format.

Please suggest if you have any options to do that.
