In the API 1.0, we use https://dev.twitter.com/doc/get/lists to display a user's own lists which are created by the user.
In the API 1.1, there is only https://dev.twitter.com/docs/api/1.1/get/lists/list to get users subscribed and their own lists. However,
Issue #1, the lists/list API only return 100 lists, there is no cursor supporting. But many users have more than 100 subscribed lists
Issue #2, the lists/list have no way to return users' own lists directly. There is only 20 own lists for a user, but we have to fetch all subscribed lists to filter their own lists. Because of Issue #1, it can't load all their own lists for many users.

- We'll be resolving the primary issue with a new lists method dedicated to owned lists very soon
- We're also aware of the navigational issues in lists and are working to rectify them
