Customer Terms

The GitHub Customer Agreement applies to all GitHub Products, Professional Services and Support for enterprise customers.

• General Terms

Our base agreement for any enterprise purchase. This is not needed if you are a Microsoft customer. In that case only the below addenda apply.

Addenda

• GitHub Enterprise Product Specific Terms

  If you license GitHub Enterprise, then the General Terms and this addendum for GitHub Enterprise apply.

• GitHub AE Product Specific Terms

  If you license GitHub AE, then the General Terms and the addendum for GitHub AE apply.

• GitHub Enterprise Cloud Product Specific Terms

  If you license Cloud, then the General Terms and this addendum for GitHub Enterprise Cloud apply.

• GitHub Enterprise Cloud (Enterprise Managed Users) Product Specific Terms

  If you license the EMU version of Cloud, then the General Terms and the addendum for Cloud-EMU applies.

• GitHub Enterprise Server Product Specific Terms

  If you license Server, then the General Terms and this addendum for GitHub Enterprise Server apply.

• GitHub Data Protection Agreement

  The DPA applies to Cloud, Cloud-EMU and GitHub AE and is referenced in those addenda.

• GitHub Addendum to Microsoft Data Protection Agreement

  This Microsoft DPA addendum applies to Microsoft customers who are purchasing Cloud, Cloud-EMU and GitHub AE.

• GitHub Online Services SLA

  The SLA applies to Cloud, Cloud-EMU and GitHub AE and is referenced in those addenda.

• U.S. Public Sector Amendment

  This addendum applies in addition to the others if you are a U.S. government entity.
