Non-AI project? A non-interactive game that fits in a command-line prompt (just one row of ASCII chars). Currently pretty basic, but stretching the ol' C compiler muscles. Sooo small/fast compared to the Python prototype. And fun to watch in my prompt.

AI depends on highly structured data for training, but you can do a lot just making the schemas.
One project I made uses schemas of I2C peripherals as the input to generate platform-specific drivers.
It works well for me but it hasn't found a place in the community #devdiscuss

I asked ChatGPT to refactor the StoriesController in the open source codebase.
The results were definitely useful.
"Useful" is the right word. I think it's tough to get too much more qualitative than that, at this stage.

Conflict-free replicated data types (CRDT) is one data structure I found truly fascinating. Basically, it enables distributed machines to eventually sync their data over time, i.e., eventual consistency.
