View the content of a file
When you open a file using our Online File Viewer, only the first few bytes will be transferred to our server. These are used to determine the correct file format. The file content will be shown directly within a secure sandbox in your browser.
How to convert files to PDF, JPG, DOCX, TXT, MP4, ...
You can convert files using our online file viewer:- To do so, click the "Choose a file to analyze it online" button above.
- After your file is opened in browser,
- click "Save as..." in the menu.
- Then choose the file format (e.g. JPG, PDF, DOCX, TXT, ...) you want.
- Your file will be converted and downloaded.
- By uploading a file, you agree to Filext’s terms and privacy policy. Only you have access to your file. Your file will not be stored on our servers but will be deleted automatically after being viewed.
- The Online File Viewer protects your computer from file viruses, since the file is not run on your computer.
- FILExt provides you with a serious file viewer. It is not suitable for viewing unauthorized videos.
