Romes urban family hotel with roof top pool lovely!

Really clean & friendly hotel suited by taxi 10 mins from the centre of Rome. 5 mins to the Travestre area. Bus routes available & can walk. Hotel was lovely & rooms were good a little expensive to upgrade to a superior room but we did anyway not sure if this was really worth it if being totally honest. Nice reception area & breakfast was self serve ok nothing amazing but as it was included in the price there was plenty to choose from. Atmosphere was calm & pleasant too. Situated on the outskirts of the centre so more urban atmosphere but still lovely. Roof top pool was a lovely bonus especially in the unforgettable heat wave there in August! Gym area & showers also available

From the moment you walk into reception, youre greeted with a warm smile and offered a welcome drink. Once youve checked in and have time to take in your surroundings, you cant help but notice the incredible attention to detail and the hotels exceptional cleanliness its absolutely spotless, which is a real credit to all the staff.
The rooms are immaculate and extremely well appointed .
The Breakfast menu is excellent and will cater for everyones palate.
I would certainly recommend this hotel. Its small enough to feel comfortable and welcoming, yet large enough to provide a true five-star service. A fantastic hotel with wonderful staff and a real attention to detail.

Very Good Rome Hotel!
GlobalTourist66
This review covers a number of visits to the H10 Rome Citta in late 2023 and H1 2024, on business. The hotel is lovely - staff very warm and welcoming and service is very good. The restaurant services really good food, sufficiently good that for the most part my colleagues and I stayed in for the evening meals rather than venturing out. Breakfast offers a good buffet though there was some inconsistency with the availability of key items such as yoghurts. Breakfast room can get very busy when Coach Parties are setting off early morning. The 'standard rooms' are OK, but for me it was worth upgrading to get a Beverage Tray. The rooftop terrace has pool, was not open (season) during my time (nor was the rooftop bar) but there were some sy=unny weekends during my trips which allowed some sunbathing! I would definitely choose this hotel again.

Nice hotel

Checked out yesterday, after spending 4 nights.
We took the train from the airport to Trastevere (8), then walked the 10 minutes to the hotel. Check-in took 20 minutes, despite us being the only ones there.! Tourist tax is 7.50 pppn.
The room was nice. Lots of storage, hairdryer, minibar, toiletries.
I saw posters about the taxis to the centre for 12. We took the train from Trastevere to Termini (city centre) every day, it costs 1!
The neighbourhood is fine, a lot cheaper than central Rome. Some great shops/ restaurants nearby.
Hotel bar is quite expensive, we would've used it more if it was cheaper.
* Someone had their phone stolen on our train to the airport, it was very, very busy & perfect for pickpockets. Thief was a small man with a cross body bag. He got off 1 stop after getting on, probably rides these busy trains all day*
