Abstract

VODSL is a compact domain specfic language with the sole purpose of creating data models that are expressed in VO-DML. The aim is to make it easier for a team of authors to develop data models. This is achieved by creating a simple source code that is amenable to being managed easily in version control systems.

Status of this document

This is an IVOA Note expressing suggestions from and opinions of the authors.
It is intended to share best practices, possible approaches, or other perspectives on interoperability with the Virtual Observatory. It should not be referenced or otherwise interpreted as a standard specification.
