Abstract

The ProposalDM is intended to model the information required to make observation proposals. It is envisioned that it will be useful in two separate scenarios. The first being that it can be used as an interexchange serialisation of the proposal information between different Observatories' proposal systems, and the second that those proposal systems be able automatically to extract information from the proposals for use in their observing systems.
