I was booked here through Cost Saver tours and therefore, I decided to stay here a day extra. I regret doing so. The hotel is far from metro. Difficult to get a taxi. We had to walk quite a bit to get to the train station. Above all, the customer service of the front desk staff is poor. They need to be educated to provide service to the guests. The hotel must treat their guests well so that they would come back. Unfortunately, Cost Saver picks only such hotels for various reasons. Does not recommend this hotel.

I booked it because it is close to the office, however there is not much more in the area.
Personal is not friendly or kind but their job.
Room design is tacky, but is clean and big enough.
Amenities: the minimum to comply.

Firstly at checkin there wasn't any Bell Boy to carry luggage to Room.
Secondly, House keeping staff were not available after evening and any requirement needed to wait till next morning
Thirdly, the cleaning of room was not satisfactory with floors not been cleaned properly.
Fourthly, Only 1 bottle of 500ml of water was provided for 3 nights of stay
Finally, Swimming Pool timing starts from 11am i.e too late as people would prefer pool in early morning.

With regard to housekeeping, our team of room attendants always makes every effort to clean and service all rooms to the highest standard. If a guest requests room cleaning during their stay, this service is provided within the hotel’s established housekeeping hours.
As for the bottle of water, this is offered as a courtesy on the first day of arrival. In addition, the hotel has a free filtered water dispenser available 24 hours a day, should you wish to use it during your stay.
Swimming pool, it is open from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Before the pool opens, breakfast service is available from 6:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Rooms are basic, very little place for clothes and personal belongings, only couple hangers, could not unpack fully as there wasn’t enough space for family of 4. Unfortunately it was too bad starting when I requested couple of days prior arrival for an early check in even with extra charges as my flight was too long and we haven’t slept that night .
Then the front desk staff were too rude n unfriendly at all the lady I can’t remember her name (blond) was very unprofessional and she left us while we were talking .
I asked her if we can have like a day use next week as we are in a cruise will arrive early morning and our flight back to Abudhabi late night so we need to be accommodating for like nine hours she was very tough and didn’t try to help anyway.
I’m very frustrated from this place . Will never recommend it to anyone.

However, during the peak season, when the hotel is fully occupied, we cannot guarantee an arrival before the standard check-in time, even when requested several days in advance. Nevertheless, we always do everything we can to accommodate our guests’ needs and, whenever possible, give priority to requests where we understand there is a particular necessity.
Regarding your request for a day-use room upon your return from the cruise, we understand what you were looking for. Unfortunately, this is a service we do not offer during the high season. What we can offer, subject to availability, is a late check-out, which may allow you to extend your stay in the room before your evening flight.
We are sorry if these limitations were not explained to you in the most helpful or welcoming manner. We will certainly take your comments regarding the service at reception into consideration, as we always want our guests to feel listened to and properly assisted.

Very poor reception. The rooms were not ready and were more than 2 hours late, despite having completed the pre-registration the day before. The rooms themselves were fine. At breakfast, however, there was no bacon.

We would like to assure you that our housekeeping team always works as efficiently as possible to have the rooms cleaned and ready for our guests in the shortest time possible. However, during periods of very high occupancy, the preparation of rooms can sometimes take longer, depending on the number of guests checking out before the standard check-out time of 12:00 p.m.
For this reason, our check-in time is indicated as from 2:00 p.m., as this allows our teams sufficient time to prepare the rooms following departures.

The service we received is something more like a 2-star. One of the elevators was out of order. The water dispenser broke and they only let you fill a small glass in the lobby.

Regarding the elevator, we would like to clarify that the breakdown was unfortunately beyond our control. Nevertheless, we closely followed up with the specialized company to ensure that the repair was carried out as quickly as possible. The hotel has two elevators serving the guest rooms, as well as an additional elevator serving the parking area.
We would also like to mention that, on floor -1, near the gym, you can find a complimentary water fountain where guests can refill their bottles.
Furthermore, for your comfort, we have fresh water and glasses available at reception, so that guests can refresh themselves upon arrival.
