Love the fact you can receive so much information from this app about each product Apple sell. These are just some more features that I would really like to see on the app for the near future:- Be able to watch the products adverts - TV ads directly from the app- Would like to be able to view each product in 3D at 360° angels with zoom features to get a better look at each product in extreme detail- Should be able to use Siri to search for any product & also any other information right from the app- Should be made easier to scan for products for when customers go shopping. Should be able to walk into an Apple store with ease, scan a product & walk straight out by paying on my iPhone. A notification should always been sent to the iPhone as well as an email to say that the customer has paid, incase a staff member or anymore else were to ask of payment has been made. A notification can just been shown with quickness with all the right info at a glance such as, time, date, location & product. Would be fantastic if a small image of the product could appear within the notification so all people would have to look at to check would be a photo of the product within an Apple notification to quickly verify the payment was made.Don’t forget customers - the general public don’t always feel like they are allowed to walk into Apple & use scan & go with the app. This is because Apple don’t promote that free movement of service, really wish they would to make purchases fast, quick & very reliable. Strongly recommend Apple do a short advert showing customers that they can use scan & go within all there stores for free.Should also promote the service within all Apple stores so customers - potential customers know that they won’t be doing anything wrong or illegal.Thank you,

I always use this when I buy something from Apple but ordering the new iPhone 14 was a disaster as the app refused to make a preorder due to a wrong phone number (or format). Missed all the slots available at the store to pick it up on the day of the release because of this fault. Went to the actual Apple store to get help and even they couldn’t make it work and place an order. Now that preorders are more or less done, it has no issue accepting the same phone number and format that I was trying to put in for another purchase. So, in other words, I got punished by Apple because of the possible fault with the system. Not great, Apple, not great at all

Traded in my iPhone 13 Pro Max for the Pro Max 15. Sounds straight forward enough until the third party receive an empty box ! Luckily I’d took pictures of the phone packaged up in a very well sealed box and had proof of dispatch with the weight on it. Had to chase what was going on after 3 weeks of sending my phone back at which point I was asked for evidence of postage, I sent this then contacted chat to ask why they needed it to be told I would be sent a new valuation of my phone ! I rang at this point and was told that was not the case at all and that the box had arrived empty ! This was chased up with the 3rd party trade in partner who after 24hrs honoured the original quote due to the phone going “missing” 2 weeks later I still had not had the trade in value added to my account and ended up paying for 2 phone contracts ! Called to chase this and the third party attempted to restart the whole process again. After several calls whilst on holiday the money was finally sent to my account, however I was also promised a call from the complaints dept which 3 weeks later I have still not received. I expected much better from Apple

Apple can have its ups and downs, I agree, but the App Store is basically my holy grail as an 11 year old. Even when I’m bored, I can just take time to just scroll through interesting apps and end up wanting all of them. The only things that COULD be better are just maybe to add a couple more apps in Apple Arcade and maybe do something like age suggestions where you could type in your age and some sort of AI recommends apps based on other people your age. Highly recommended!!
