I still don’t have confirmation that my reservation took. It says there was an error. I will probably drive to the airport to book my reservation. The process was easy. It just didn’t work.

Complexity of booking process was very annoying. I wanted to book flights. I was bombarded with 'suggestions' for add-ons which I knew well in advance I didn't want or need.
