Change is constant at work! As if you need reminding... however, in over 21 years working as an external Executive Coach I've frequently noticed this: Organisations often forge ahead with the change but forget that not everyone will be ready to go at the pace that the leaders set. The employees need time to “catch up” with the idea of the change i.e. this is the first that they have heard of it. They need to be listened to, have their questions answered etc. The teams need the time and space to get to the same enthusiastic place as the leaders are. 😃 This must happen before any action is taken. This will help the change to occur at the desired pace when it is rolled out. It prevents time, energy and resources being wasted. It stops unnecessary stress for leaders and their teams. CoachHub - The digital coaching platform conducted research with 800 senior leaders in 7 global markets in August 2026 for what makes successful change - and change to 'stick'. You can download the full report to learn how at https://hubs.li/Q04y0Xj50. Successful change managers listened to employee concerns before deciding how to respond: 94% vs. 53%. Supporting your leaders and teams with external professional coaches makes a successful change much more likely... I'm not just saying this! 🤭 *I'm a proud and happy Ambassador for CoachHub. #peoplepoweredchange #LearningAndDevelopment #Innovation

  • Prost from Munich! 🍻 Throwback to our CoachHub Club Oktoberfest Edition in Munich. The idea was simple: Bring together L&D leaders for an afternoon of knowledge sharing and collaboration, followed by quality “networking” at the Theresienwiese. So before we headed over to our reserved tables in the Schottenhamel tent, we gathered at smartvillage Schwanthalerhöhe Our afternoon agenda included: 1️⃣ Making transformation stick: A keynote by Dr. Dr. Jens Ballendowitsch, highlighting key insights from our brand-new research report on sustainable organizational change. 2️⃣ Platform innovation in action: A live look at CoachHub's latest platform updates by our Head of Product, Jordi Amat Altés. 3️⃣ Peer-to-peer exchange on best practices for coaching in times of change and the use of AI in L&D The conversations continued over cold beers, giant pretzels, and traditional Bavarian music! 🥨🍻 A huge thank you to everyone who joined us, and to our incredible team for bringing this event to life. ✨ Franziska Striedinger, René Kirchner,  Marie Hillion, Jan Bruskewitz, Dr. Jens Ballendowitsch, Jordi Amat Altés, Martin Pairan, Dirk Loehmann Tilmann Kloppe, Fredrik Theis, Christina Willbold, Hanna Kolb, Jovana Janković, Nadežda Kevrešan, Joanne Dittrich, Daniela Abt, Anja Thiemann, Imogen Kudrass

  • Here’s the thing: M&A deals don’t fail on spreadsheets. They fail when you forget the human layer. As François V. Feige, Executive Coach & M&A Expert, puts it: "A perfect financial model cannot execute itself. M&A success is determined by how effectively you equip your middle management to turn boardroom intent into reality." Your middle managers are the shock absorbers of the deal. Yet:  • 67% are expected to deliver change without enough support (CoachHub Independent Global Research).  • 70% of transformations miss their synergy targets (Bain & Company).  • 47% of key acquired employees leave within Year 1 (EY). The true value of an M&A is unlocked by your people, not your financial model. Swipe through the carousel to see the hidden execution risks, and how to protect your deal's value. • Hey! Giulia Fioravera here, As Head of Brand & Comms at CoachHub, a big part of my job is understanding what change and transformation actually feels like. I know it doesn’t feel like another sleek strategy deck. Or a complicated framework or another working breakfast. For me, real transformation is very human and happens when we actually listen to our teams. Especially when a lot of us work remotely and spend hours alone behind our laptop. Which is what we’ve decided to focus on in our latest video campaign.  This is no HR perk. In a hybrid world, coaching actually helps managers listen, support and build the capability to adapt in an ever-changing world. That’s what People Powered Change looks like. Giving the people the space to be themselves (and their best self). When that happens, the best business results follow. How are you creating space to truly listen to your teams this week? #PeoplePoweredChange #Coaching #Breakfast #MakeMomentsMatter

  • Question: How does a global leader navigate permanent transformation? Answer: By building the human capability to execute it. For a scaling giant like AVEVA, coaching isn’t an L&D perk or a "nice-to-have." It is the execution infrastructure. When your people thrive, your business thrives. AVEVA is proof of it. Hear what Charlotte Hobley and Abe Neto have to say below. Then, dig deeper into the full case study here: https://hubs.li/Q04symPn0

  • It’s time to talk about M&As. On paper, a merger promises strong synergies and new markets. Yet, once the contracts are signed, the real executional challenge unfolds. As Executive Coach and M&A expert @[François V. Feige](urn:li:person:7L86LeUJT2) shares: "The numbers might tell you if a deal makes sense, but your leadership will determine if it actually wins." So, why are so many deals silently collapsing? Introducing the "desynchronization gap". Once a M&A has started, a sequence of events unravel: the C-suite is already living in an idealized future. The workforce is plunged into uncertainty. Middle managers are caught in the complicated crossfire. They’re the ones expected to execute a strategy they didn’t create, while managing the anxieties of their teams and keeping performance stable. This is what’s known as the ‘messy middle’. To address this, we are releasing a new, ungated guide: Equipping the forgotten human layer that determines M&A success. Co-authored by @[François V. Feige](urn:li:person:7L86LeUJT2) and CoachHub’s expert Behavioral Science team. Inside the guide, you’ll find:  • How to close the critical "desynchronization gap" across a merging workforce.  • A targeted 3-stage behavioral framework to equip your execution layer.   • The C-Suite Diagnostic to score your organization's M&A readiness.
