Tested the shelves, snuck in some Maltesers, and tried to walk off with sunscreen mid checkout.. Every single item still showed up. Correctly. It's not "magic," and it's not really about the no scan, no queue experience either. That's just the visible layer. What's actually happening underneath is three data sources talking to each other in real time: ceiling sensors, weight sensitive shelving, and a live planogram of the store.
