In May 2026 we priced the five newest Costa Smeralda 5-star hotels (Romazzino, Cala di Volpe, W Sardinia, 7Pines, Baglioni) for August 2026, family of four: €5,500 to €28,000 for the week. AZULIS apartments and villas with the same design language — Calacatta marble, original art, private terraces — run €1,400 to €10,500 the same week, 25 minutes south.

In July 2026, Villa Athos and Villa Aramis were accepted into Airbnb Luxe, Airbnb’s highest tier, after an in-person walkthrough by an Airbnb home consultant. Both villas are now live in the collection — two of the ten Airbnb Luxe homes in all of Sardinia (per Airbnb Luxe search results, 18 July 2026). Independent inspection — not something an operator can buy or self-declare — and an external confirmation of the AZULIS design and service standard.
