When sending a fax, I 'm prompted with a popup in a protected environment to fill in fax parameters (not really user friendy!). Anyway, till there it works. When entering the fax number, the transfering progress bar remains idle. Tried to open allow traffic for popfax in windows firewall but it doesn't work (even after restart).

Thanks for your support.

Error during installation

Dear PopFax support,

I'm using the PopFax printer since a while. Lately, I changed my computer
for a 64 bits with corresponding Windows XP SP2. When I install the
printer, I get the following message. Since this error is coming, the
popfax printer do not apear in the list. How couls we solve this issue ?

Thank you for your help

Best regards

Patrice Baume

PS: In addition, I found that a 64 driver was loaded lately, but when I install it, the installer does not find a file (see PrtScr)
