David has been incredibly helpful in walking me through the system, explaining each feature in detail, and making sure I feel supported. The platform itself has powerful tools that can really elevate your workflow once you understand how to use them. CallTools has everything: 1. Voice 2.SMS 3.Email 4. Dialer strategy. etc All of its features makes it really easy for any company to provide best customer service and be profitable too. its tough to find something like CallTools at this cost in the market. The customer service and the dialer services perfect i will recommend to other people. I will also be using this service for my business long term When calling in, they get someone to help you right away. And everyone that I have spoken too, has been amazing, kind and knowledgeable. Ease of use Cons Calls and trainings cannot be recorded, which makes it difficult to review the steps later. I often find myself needing additional support to remember how to use certain features. It would be extremely helpful if CallTools added a section with video tutorials covering all the available features, so users can learn and revisit the material at their own pace. I can just think and waiting of them having Phone apps as well making CallTools no. 1. N/A. I have had such a great experience so far, that i haven't found a negative thing about CallTools. System doesn't do a great job of alerting us if our #s are spam.
