A time was had with our client, Ghirardelli Chocolate Company, celebrating its seasonal Jack O’Lantern collection in NYC! NEW BLOG POST 🚨 Black Friday is less than two months away. As consumers turn to AI to ask for the best recommendations, a major question is being asked by brands, how do I ensure my product is recommended in the chatbox? In this post, we tested how discounts impact AI product recommendations, and the results may surprise you. One discount moved a product from invisible to first place. Another product was never recommended, regardless of discounts. Same discount, opposite result.
