Exciting news from our Product and Engineering team at Abusix, Inc. : Today, we’re announcing Abusix Mail, Abusix Ops, and Abusix Intel, and the new Abusix API beta! As AI-powered tactics and cyberattacks increase in volume, network providers face immense volumes of network abuse they must manage. Today, those abuse volumes come at them from two sides: When the outside world wants to use your network: Spam, phishing, and malware arrive at your edge, aimed at your users. When one gets through, someone else’s attack becomes your ransomware, your helpdesk queue, and your team’s capacity. When the inside world starts blocking your business: One compromised customer starts sending abusive mail from your IP ranges, causing your ranges to land on blocklists, and a mailbox provider suddenly starts refusing your mail — every one of your customers’ mail. Then your call center takes thousands of calls about blocked customer accounts caught in the remediation process, and regulators start asking what you did and when. Abusix guards against that crossing in both directions. It’s the purpose behind every product we build. And today, we’re introducing a simplified way to leverage the full power of Abusix. If you want to learn more, we've got a blog below with an overview. But if you want to see how this can help you specifically, I highly recommend talking to one of these great people: -> Chris Wheatley: Covering all markets across EMEA and APAC -> Larry Ellis: Covering all markets across NAM -> Eduardo Neves: Covering all markets across LATAM And if you are looking to partner with Abusix, we just launched our global partner program, 'Abusix Frontline,' last week. Jasper Lounio, our Head of Channel, would be happy to walk you through the partner program, built to meet growing demand.

Excited to share the news: We’re giving every product the Abusix name. Your team shouldn’t need a glossary to work out which product does what, and until now, our products ran under different names: Guardian and AbuseHQ. Today, we're bringing everything together under the Abusix name, and announces Abusix API is now in beta. Two things have made now the right time to do this. Abusix Ops has replaced AbuseHQ and proven itself at our customers’ abuse desks, so it was time for one platform to carry one name. The Abusix API is our next step. It lets our customers build Abusix into the systems they already run, and there’s more to come. Learn about what's next here: https://hubs.li/Q04Bd_DH0

We're thrilled to share the latest news on our product roadmap: Today, we're introducing Abusix Mail, Abusix Ops, Abusix Intel, and the new Abusix API beta. Every network is responsible for the traffic it carries. Outside your edge, everyone else’s traffic is arriving, along with everyone else’s reports about you. Inside, it's your network, your customers, and your own telemetry. Most bad days start when something unwelcome crosses between the two.   Abusix is built for the teams protecting your network on both sides, every day, no matter how much abuse presses on.   Learn about what's next here: https://hubs.li/Q04BdZQL0 #NetworkAbuse #EmailSecurity #ThreatIntelligence

  • Phishing is the most reported type of cybercrime in the US. The FBI’s Internet Crime Complaint Center logged 193,407 phishing and spoofing complaints in 2024 more than any other category. We know it firsthand: Abusix has been targeted by whaling attacks ourselves. If you run mail for an ISP, hosting provider, telecom, or business, this guide explains how phishing works, how spear phishing differs from mass phishing, and how to stop both before they reach your users: https://hubs.li/Q04B5y8v0

Today is a big day for Abusix - we’re officially launching Abusix Frontline, our new global partner program. And I’m genuinely excited about what this unlocks. Most phishing attacks pass through service provider infrastructure before they ever reach an inbox. That gives our industry a huge opportunity to stop threats earlier, and we believe partners will play a critical role in making that happen. That’s what Abusix Frontline is all about. Our partners bring trusted customer relationships, local expertise, and reach. We bring proven technology that blocks email threats and automates abuse handling. Together, we can take that impact much further. Abusix Frontline gives VARs, System Integrators, Technology Partners and Distributors the commercial incentives, margin protection and AI-powered enablement they need to grow with us. This is an exciting next chapter for Abusix and one I’ve been looking forward to sharing. To our existing partners and those joining us next: welcome to Abusix Frontline. Let’s build a safer internet together. Read the blog post here: https://hubs.li/Q04zz5S-0 Link to the full press release in the comments. #AbusixFrontline

Really excited to finally share the launch of Abusix, Inc. Frontline, our new partner program. We’ve spent a lot of time listening to our partners and understanding what they need to grow: better margins, more freedom to run their opportunities, and support that actually helps. That thinking is at the heart of Abusix Frontline. Partners will have margin protection on renewals, more ownership of their pipeline, and access to Abbie, our AI-powered enablement assistant. But what matters most to me is that we’re recognising the work partners put in long before a deal closes. Building pipeline takes time, effort and trust and we want our program to reflect that. There’s a lot more to come, but for now, I’m incredibly proud to see Abusix Frontline go live. Looking forward to building the next chapter with our partners. Head to the comments to see the latest news release. 👇 #AbusixFrontline

At Abusix, Inc., we’re reaching a huge milestone today! We proudly announce the official launch of Abusix Frontline, a partner program that extends network abuse management into new markets to meet growing demand. Abusix Frontline is built for resellers, system integrators, technology partners, and distributors, and launches with two tiers: Authorized and Advanced. Founding partners from our summer pilot, like BeeZim, are already registering opportunities and winning new customers with Abusix. Jasper Lounio, Head of Channel at Abusix, said: “We’ve built this program around what makes a partner want to invest their time and resources in growing with Abusix. That means strong margins, protecting those margins when customers renew and recognizing the work that goes into creating pipeline, not just the final transaction. We want partners to know that when they invest in building a business with us, we’re investing alongside them.” Tobias Knecht, Founder and CEO of Abusix, said: "Nearly every phishing attack travels through mail infrastructure offered by a service provider before it reaches anyone's inbox, and those operators know it. That is a problem our partners can sell into today, because Abusix Mail blocks those threats at the edge and Abusix Ops automates the abuse handling behind them. Partners bring the customer relationships and the local reach. We bring technology with proven demand in this market, so the commercial opportunity is there from the first conversation." If you are interested in becoming a partner, please reach out directly to Jasper Lounio via our partner portal. Link in comments on where to find that!

Abusix Frontline is live: our partner program for resellers, system integrators, technology partners and distributors. It ran as a pilot over the summer. Founding partners are already registering opportunities and generating revenue. What it's built around: → Renewal parity: the same percentage margin on qualifying renewals as on the first sale → No channel conflict on registered opportunities or accounts → A portal where you register opportunities, build quotes and progress eligible deals yourself, with the Abusix team a request away → Incentives for pipeline creation, sales performance, larger opportunities and competitive displacement What Florent Manens at BeeZim, one of our pilot partners, values is the independence: "We can register an opportunity, create a quote, and progress the deal ourselves." Two tiers, Authorized and Advanced. If email security, threat intelligence or network abuse management is the business you're building, the details are here: https://hubs.li/Q04zz8TR0

What starts as a news headline about well-known public figures and celebrities being used in AI deepfakes is quickly becoming a widespread network abuse problem landing directly on the abuse desks of network infrastructure providers. Ofcom asked UK adults who had seen an exploitative deepfake whom it depicted. 64% said a celebrity or public figure. 15% said someone they know. That second number is why this isn't only a celebrity story. The apps behind this content ask users to tick a box confirming they're over 18 and that the photo is of themselves, but nothing or no one checks either claim. The lack of verification occurs at creation, and the issue then shifts to network providers, who handle distribution. Then the complaint report arrives, and every registrar and host requires it in a different format, with some not accepting attachments as proof. Even a team that does everything right still rewrites the same report by hand for each recipient, which is a major reason why takedowns that should take hours sometimes take days. Our new post covers how these takedowns could work, where the law differs by country, and what to have ready before the next report lands on your desk. https://hubs.li/Q04zfPp50 #NetworkAbuse #AbuseDesk

  • 1.4 days. That's how long it takes to remove child exploitation content hosted in a country with an INHOPE hotline. Outside that network, it can take up to 41 days. Same law. Same urgency. The only variable is whether a structured reporting pathway exists. Our Founder & CEO, Tobias Knecht, will be making the case for standardized reporting at the INHOPE Summit in Dublin this October, alongside law enforcement and EU policymakers who can actually act on it.
