Today, we remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and honor the families, first responders and communities forever changed by that day. Twenty-five years later, we also remember what emerged in the aftermath: people paying attention to the needs around them, responding with courage and generosity, and mobilizing resources to help communities recover. That spirit of collective response continues to shape what strong communities require of us. Today, let us all remember what can happen when people come together in service to one another. We remember. And we remain committed to our community.

We came together for History, Humanity, & the Bridge That Connects Us All—an evening of film, reflection, and honest dialogue about race, identity, and lived experience. Thank you to Brittany Laguerre and Moderator LaKesha Lorene for guiding such a meaningful conversation, and to everyone who showed up ready to listen, share, and connect. Moments like these remind us of what's possible when our community comes together. Stay tuned for the next Race on Film experience.
