Which of the following platforms BMC or ServiceNow would be best to handled customer service?

Question

Hi Community,
I work for a company within assurance - we're around 10,000+ employees and are currently reviewing different options to improve our customer service. We've come down to either BMC Helix for Customer service as BMC is already an integrated vendor, and ServiceNow - primarily due to their market lead. The most important thing for us to solve is a ease of use, ease of implementation and the required foundational customer service capabilities are present, resolution, issue handling, categorization, ticketing etc.
Thank you for your help!

Both are interesting products we do prefer opting for a CRM for our customer service platform
