You may have seen new Northwell signage installed on the Emergency Department and Fortunato Breast Health Center. But installation has been slower than anticipated.
Plans to install new Northwell signage throughout the Mather Hospital campus, originally scheduled to be completed before the holidays, have been delayed by COVID and the supply chain problems resulting from the pandemic, as well as some inclement weather, according to the company in charge of the installation. Installation of the new signage is expected to continue as supplies and weather conditions allow.
