3 North unit wins award for patient experience
Congratulations to our 3 North Intermediate Care Unit for their achievement on the Press Ganey patient surveys of Best Overall Experience for the first half of 2022.
Through June, 3N achieved above the 90th percentile for Rate the Hospital, Recommend the Hospital, and Nursing Communication, along with high marks in each of the other major patient experience and Magnet Program domains.
The staff were recognized with a certificate from Marie Mulligan, PhD, RN, Chief Nursing Officer/ VP for Nursing, and received lunch and dinner from local vendors.
