Summer Session 2009 financial aid is available if you're attending UCSD or another UC campus. Apply early using the financial aid tool. You're responsible for paying your fees prior to the first day of class.
Cal Grant update
An estimated 46,000 University of California students who were awarded state-funded Cal Grants will receive their grants in fall 2009 despite the current state budget impasse, UC President Mark Yudof has announced.
Good news for veterans!
Federal veterans educational benefits are no longer considered as a resource when determining your financial aid package. There's a new federal GI Bill, too.

New UC grant helps with fees
The Blue and Gold Opportunity Grant will be awarded to qualified undergraduates who are California residents with a total family income below $60,000. If your existing gift aid from all sources doesn't cover your systemwide UC fees, the Blue and Gold grant makes up the balance.
