Like all colleges at UC San Diego, ERC welcomes students from every field of study, from art history to human biology and from electrical engineering to political science. And like all colleges at UC San Diego, ERC is a distinctive neighborhood within a larger campus community.
The defining theme of ERC is international understanding. Through our core curriculum, Making of the Modern World, as well as co-curricular activities like the Global Marketplace, Culture Nights at International House, and alternative spring breaks held across the hemisphere, students at ERC explore their identities and commitments as global citizens.
Along the way, students at ERC know how to have fun. No year is complete without college teams competing in the UnOlympics, students filling the Green for Rock'n'Roosevelt, and budding artists taking the microphone at the monthly SLAM.
