Responsibilities of Academic Personnel Services Academic Personnel Services (APS) is responsible for managing the academic personnel program for
the UC San Diego campus (General Campus, Health Sciences, and the Scripps Institution of Oceanography).
Under the leadership of the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Academic Personnel, the eight APS
service units (listed at left)
provide a wide range of services to the Senior Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs and to the campus community.

The Data Warehouse query for tracking the status of review files has been updated to contain data for files processed online and in paper form
AP On-Line Suite of Services is now accessible via Blink’s “Faculty and staff” home page, “All Tools” index, and “Faculty Resource” page.
AP On-Line Recruit, a new electronic job application system that allows academic job seekers to apply for open faculty positions and search committee members to review applications online, is now available for use. (Click header for details.)
