June 7, 2010 Dear University Members and Friends, As the academic year comes to a close, I want to take this opportunity to thank you for rallying together to support the university during an economically challenging year. We’ve faced many hardships and hurdles, but we’ve also been able to accomplish so much. I think our theme for our 50th anniversary – Achieving the Extraordinary – is quite appropriate. I’m proud of the many achievements of our students, faculty and staff, and I congratulate our newest graduates. I invite you to watch my video letter and I hope you enjoy your summer.
