FreeConvert.com Reviews

keeps giving me errors

I LOVE YOU FREECONVERT. ONLY WEBSITE THAT IS ACTUALLY FREE. I love them more than my car, house, two-week-old baby and much more. Thank you for being a helpful website in a sea of scams, and false advertising

This site was ACTUALLY free. I only needed to convert one PDF and had no issues.

I did see that they have "upgrades" and "premium," so I'm not sure how many PDFs or documents you could convert for free before they want to charge, but at least for the first time it IS free.

I tried the free version, 5 files at a time, worked OK, so I upgraded and BAMMM, ERROR after ERROR after ERROR..... Waiting on REFUND, but no response to now!?!? Sorry, but this is crap to me!

I wanted to convert a pdf into word, and had a lot of trouble doing that before I found FreeConvert.com. It worked! It was quick and easy and free! Thank you very much for that! Karin in Sweden

Quickly and easily converted a HEIC file to a jpg!
Not pop-ups, no spammy nonsense. Just a quick, easy convert for free. Thank you!

Great site, does what it says on the tin. Converted my pdf to word no probs, easy to do and didn't try to force me to put in card details like all the other supposedly free converter sites.

I paid for an PREMIUM ACCOUNT then tried to UNLOCK a password protected pdf file and this stupid site requires me to enter the password for that pdf file! ???? I try and ask for help and it will not accept my report of a problem. My view is this site is an utter ripoff!!! I mean it's like calling a locksmith to get you into your locked car and hje arrives only to ask you for the key to your car!!!! Utterly stupid and Useless but has no difficulty making promises that are lies and taking your money. BEWARE!

Despicable experience. Went for one of their highest plans (pro) and it turned out to be a complete disappointment. No matter what parameters i changed the end result was the same. Either it wouldn't convert or whatever was converted couldn't be used for the purposes of using it on a presentation (pptx).

free, does as it says

Great site for converting with lots of customisation!
I only wish there were no limits on batch conversion for free though...

I have discovered recurring charges of $9.99/month on my credit card labeled as "Basic Web". This charge does not correspond to any subscription plan listed on website, and there is no option available on your platform to cancel it.

I just found charges for 3 months of this app on my card
I can’t contact them at any email or number they give
I signed up for a trial and canceled in December no way given in their site gets you any contact

Amazing!! Simple and free, without registration and hidden ads!
Thumbs up !!

Fooled me with the « free » convert advertising ! It’s not free-er than other online converters with only 10 convertions/day.
Edit: Don’t call yourselves « free » convert if converting over small limits is paid.

Brilliant. Does exactly what it says, basic service for free with optional additional goodies. Well done!

It's advertised as being "free" within the very title of the website, and you do get 10 daily conversions for free, but then you've got to subscribe to their paid subscription plan. Is that really a "free" service, or is it a paid service that happens to give you some stuff for free?

It's not called "EasyConvert". It's called "FreeConvert", so the fact that you go to the site and immediately read the word "pricing" feels like some kind of joke or parody.

The fact that it wants me to subscribe for 13 dollars just so that I can convert 50 videos with 20mb of total size is HILARIOUS to me.

I feel baited and lied to.

Calls themselves FreeConvert, but you need to pay to convert more than 10 photos. In total I have 34 photos that need to be reconverted. About 100 MB. "No no no no pay us for this."

Just chatgpt how to mass convert x files to y file.

Or use picflow instead, they are actually free and faster.
