Utillian 850 - Good and Bad
TVape's customer service continues to be excellent. I recently bought the Utillian 850 and had a warranty issue. It was resolved quickly and efficiently and I had a replacement part in the mail within a day or two. Highly recommended for their service levels.
In terms of the 850, I have been a long time used of the Utillian 720 series. I decided to upgrade to the 850 based on an excellent sale and overall, feeling are mixed. As I experienced recently, the mouthpiece is a combo of metal and plastic (compared to the plastic only mouthpiece in lower level versions) and I think this combo of material makes the mouthpiece weaker and more apt to breaking. It'll need to be cleaned more in order to keep from ceasing/sticking. A great improvement is the metal coating on the inside of the oven (gold coloured material). It resists resin buildup and it much easier to clean (for now).

I thought I was getting the gold one…
Well I had a $400 budget and I wanted the gold arc vape. I got the black and when I asked they said it was $400 and I said yeah? Then I get the vape and I’ve had a very hard time with it. I burned and scarred myself on one of the cartridges for one. I don’t like it and now my budget is eaten up for three years.

I have had three purchase experiences so far and everyone has been awesome.
I have needed support everytime either because a code wouldn’t work or because I am too old and doing something wrong.
It is not ever been a problem though because every support tech has been stellar.
