Lauren Lynn is a Senior Advisor for Development at ExcelinEd. In this role, she works to grow philanthropic support by building meaningful donor relationships and developing strategies that align funding with the organization’s priorities.
Lauren brings more than 15 years of experience in education-focused fundraising. Prior to joining ExcelinEd, she served as Director of National Foundation Partnerships for Teach For America and as Strategic Initiatives and Development Manager for Davidson College. Her work has spanned individual and foundation giving, campaign strategy, and advisory committee leadership, with a particular emphasis on connecting funder passions with opportunities to create a lasting impact.
She earned a bachelor’s degree from Elon University, where she studied communications and political science, and spent a semester at the University of St Andrews in Scotland.
Lauren currently lives in Charlotte, North Carolina, with her husband and three young daughters.
