To select the correct format for an item on HBR.org, follow these steps:

Find the Item: Search for the item you want to purchase by entering the title or product number in the search bar at the top right.
Select Format and Language: On the product description page, look for options to choose the format and language. Formats typically include digital options like PDF or eBook, which are available for immediate access.
Add to Cart: Once you've selected the desired format and language, click on "Add to Cart"

• When adding an item to your cart, the default selection will always be the digital version. e.g. Bundles are usually Digital Only unless specified otherwise.

• If you prefer a physical copy (paperback or hardcover), select Print Book. A list of retailers will appear; choose your preferred retailer to be redirected to their website to complete your purchase. See How do I place an Order for a Print Book?
