BAMS, ND, DAc, Ph.D., MPH, MD (West Indies)Dr. Amit Gumman is an Ayurvedic physician, researcher, educator, and healthcare entrepreneur with more than 30 years of experience in integrative medicine. He is the Founder and Chief Clinician of Harmony Healing Center and CEO of Harmony Nutraceuticals, LLC, where he develops science-based nutraceuticals inspired by Ayurvedic principles.A graduate of the Government Ayurvedic Medical College, Hyderabad, India, Dr. Gumman also holds advanced credentials in Naturopathy, Acupuncture, Public Health, and Medicine, including an MPH from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center and an MD from the University of Health Sciences, Antigua.Through clinical practice, research, education, and professional leadership, Dr. Gumman has been a strong advocate for the integration of Ayurveda into modern healthcare. His work includes research on chronic disease management using Ayurveda, acupuncture, and naturopathic medicine, as well as training healthcare professionals in Ayurvedic Medicine and Acupuncture. A former President of the American Association of Ayurvedic Professionals and current President of the National Consortium of Ayurveda Medicine (NCAM), he continues to promote the scientific validation, professional advancement, and global recognition of Ayurveda.
