Eden Zoller is Chief Analyst for Applied AI at Omdia. Eden has been immersed in digital services and technology for over 20 years, focusing on strategy, innovation, monetization and future trends. Eden’s primary focus is applied AI: identifying new developments, assessing impacts on enterprises and other stakeholders, and providing strategic advice on how they should respond. Eden specialises in responsible AI, and AI governance and holds a master’s degree in AI Ethics from the University of Cambridge. 
 
Eden is a frequent media commentator and speaker at industry events, is a long-standing judge for the GSMA’s Global Mobile Awards (GLOMOs), and is an independent advisory board member for AI4ME. 

Prior to her career as an analyst, Eden was a journalist and editor for a string respected industry publications.
