Love the product! Customer service is great. Fast responses and fast shipping. On my second bottle.

The product is fantastic. You have to use it consistently and the glow will grow. I feel much more confident in a bathing suit without subjecting my skin to the dangerous rays of sun.
The customer service is impeccable. There was some shipping problems because I live on a small island far away from the continental US. They communicated with me and showed concern and repetitively apologized. It was not in any way their fault, it’s my location and mail is always a problem. They were very kind. I am so happy that I use glow drops..

**Title: Disappointing product and unexpected order**

I’m really disappointed with my experience with Glow Drops. Not only have the drops not worked for me, but I also received an order and confirmation without knowingly agreeing to make a purchase or sign up for a subscription.

I’m now having to chase the company to cancel any subscription, prevent further charges and request a refund for a product that hasn’t worked.

It’s incredibly frustrating to feel like I’ve been caught out by an order I didn’t knowingly agree to, especially when the product itself hasn’t delivered the results I expected.

I would advise others to be very careful before purchasing and to check the terms thoroughly to make sure they aren’t signing up for recurring payments without realising it.

Overall, a really disappointing experience.

Great response to any questions i had fast to reply to emails

Beware! Scammers! I’m furious. Ordered the bundle of 5 bottles last month for £69 then asked could I return them and get a refund. Was told I could only get a partial refund of £13.80. I accepted it because I thought it’s better than nothing I suppose then today they have taken another £72 out of my account.

They said it was a subscription which I knew nothing about. I’m so angry! Why would I even want another 5 bottles after a month when I got 5 bottles last month and if I emailed them last month and told them I didn’t want them then they should know to cancel a subscription for me but they won’t because they’re just scammers and robbing people and I was not aware at all it was a subscription. They should not get away with this. Disgusting!!!

I received my order and am so excited to finally have color on my skin again. At 69 I gave up on my addiction to tanning beds ages ago. My skin has paid terribly for it. I can't wait for color without wrinkles and dark spots!
Their customer service has been excellent with their follow up emails to make sure my order had arrived as well as my satisfaction with my order.

What a fantastic way to get a tan, especially for someone who can burn in the shade! So much easier than keeping up with fake tanning and spray tans. Hannah is so lovely and helpful. Give it a go, you have nothing to lose and everything to gain in the tanning way.

What a deceitful company. You purchase once and they automatically set you up as a subscription and will charge your credit card every four weeks with out your authority ...Oh by the way they advertise one price and you get charged more and definably there is no 30day money back guarantee....what atrocious company...be aware.

Their customer service is great. The product is not so good!! First, you can't take it with protein; you can't take it on an empty stomach. 3 months in and no visible results. I am canceling my subscription; it's a waste of money, and sadly I believe it's a scam!

I used 5 bottles over 4 + months. No change. My husband also used the product and saw zero results. I asked customer service if they had any suggestions ( was my dosage wrong ?) and they said they would give me 20% off more product...no solution. Save your money!

The team were so good at answering any questions I had straight away. The lovely Sharmaine let me know when my drops were going to deliver. I'm day five in and honestly starting to see a difference. Cant wait to get that healthy glow! I just add it to my juice every morning.

Total scam. Ordered mine and 3 weeks later still hasn’t arrived. Emailed 4 times asking for an update and was told there was a delay then completely ignored with no response from any of the support team. Still to this day no product or reply from GlowDrop. Please be aware of this scam and don’t waste your money. Stay away

Embarrassed to say this but I realised after trying the product that I fell for a stupid AI ad. Didn’t realise it at the time but when no results came, and seeing the ad that got me the first time- I looked a little harder and realised it was AI.

Would have been fine as an AI ad if the product actually worked but it’s a load of rubbish. It’s expensive for what it is, you can’t even take the full dose because the pipette doesn’t actually fill as per the instructions. I consumed the full bottle of the glow drops taking the correct stated dose daily and saw no change.

Please don’t be fooled this is a scam product. It doesn’t do what it says and looking into this further I discovered these drops have no scientific backing or proof to actually work when ingested.

I was scammed into buying 3 of these boxes, and even though they are UNOPENED, the company will not refund me my money. Do NOT waste your time here!!!!

The contact from Jessy and Les has been fantastic after a glitch with the address as I believe they dont deliver to a rural address but it was sorted and all went smoothly after that. waiting for results so may need to order more once I see some results. But defiantly communication was very good.

I don’t even want to give this scam 1 star. I bought so many bottles in hopes of having a beautiful tan all year long but after 2 bottles there is no hint of a tan. When will I stop getting sucked into these scams! I’m so disappointed in myself.
