TrackIndex is your local music library manager and player for Windows. Open a music folder or create a playlist, drag tracks into order, and listen as you organize.
Want that order to appear in File Explorer too? Optional numbered filenames show your chosen sequence when sorted by Name. You can also save the order in M3U or M3U8 playlists for compatible players, without renaming your tracks.
Undo and redo reordering, added or removed tracks, and playlist changes while TrackIndex is open. Imports copy files and leave the originals intact. Artwork and track details load in the background as you browse.
Your music stays on your computer, with no account or library upload. Choose the installer for a normal setup, or standalone to run without installing.
