I am old and finally found this area. The version 3 is excellent BUT My eesight is poor and I have a big monitor with WSJTversion 3 and N3fjp logging overlapped. The moon tracking used to fit well on the smaller left side monitor but now looks like size 6 type on a newspaper. The Wide graph on the right monitor has similar small type. The QSL form has to be overlapped on the big monitor to read it. I never used multiple monitors before and they worked well with versions before version 3. Any help would be appreciated.

v2.8.0 improved by DG2YCB has many aesthetic errors. e.g. RX indicator window in dB, displays only the letter d. tx 1, tx 2 ... buttons description of the button does not fit in the button, tx progress bar is covered by the second counter, above 10 seconds in rx it is ok, general lack of aesthetic refinement

THANK YOU FOR ALL THE GOOD HARD UNPAID WORK. WSJT-X v 2.4 rc4 gives me an error message intermittently. "Rig control error Do you want to reconfigure the interface? " Yaesu FTdx1200 (worked fine before). The QSO is not lost if I say yes and then just go on. The program serves an excellent purpose (probably unplanned and unexpected) the publications should include the benefit to a ham caregiver with a sick person who must be heard but not hear a speaker. Someone who has the knowledge that escapes this 80 year-old brain needs to update the documentation I can find with user-oriented info. I have had questions from hams who thought they should be using "Hound mode" . In the WSJT-X portion of your site please list other sites which may be 90-day wonder or 80 year old USER oriented. Again; THANK YOU FOR ALL THE GOOD HARD UNPAID WORK. Pat W5THT P.S. Rating numbers to the right don't seem to work.

Solid code and features. Keeps experimentation in amateur radio in the forefront.

I had been off the air for 21+ years because of hearing problems. WSJT-X gave me the capability of working others with the volume off, which got me back into hamming. Thanks Joe! Also, the program is an outstanding example of great software. Bill, AA4M

WSJT-X is an amazing way to make the most out of a signal. I have not worked Australia on Phone or CW since the solar cycle bottomed out. On Field Day this year keeping our distance outside in the woods up a Cerro Noroeste in California, an Australian station appeared, was worked on the second try, and gave me a +6db report. Their signal was at +7. We were using about 75 watts. I am unaware of what they were using. Here are some comments after working a couple of Field Days. Why does WSJT-X insist on throwing out the audio configuration if I happen to forget to turn the radio on when the program is started? Why not ask the operator first. It does complain about radio control and ask if your config needs to be changed. That's fine, just don't make it harder by altering the audio configuration first. Operators may be unaware that out in the field their laptop clock is drifting. Some stations are appearing late after several stations have decoded. This causes the list of stations that have been decoded to change position at the last second, causing the operator to select the wrong station. Is there a way to indicate after say 250 to 500ms, don't display additional stations? Something that can be configured maybe? If configured for Field Day or VHF contest, maybe another checkbox to filter non FD or non VHF contest stations? We have one now for CQ only and that is great. We just need to make sure we avoid those stations that choose not to participate in the contest.
