Pros: Clearooms integrated with our Salto access control system to allow us to book rooms/pods online and grant access to the users' cards to the rooms automatically. The system has worked so well that we are now expanding it campus-wide. The product is easy to use and the support is excellent. Using functionality such as single sign has made the integration of Clearooms into our infrastructure so much easier.
Cons: Currently, we can't create our own MS Teams on the software, this has to be done by the support team but I believe this functionality will be given shortly.
Overall: My experience with Clearooms has been excellent, I honestly can't fault the software or support received from Clearooms
