Pros: The system is very user friendly and works great for what we need it for. The Timesheet module is used by all employees and captures all of the information needed to move over to the payroll system for a quick and seamless process. Customer Support has always been top notch. They are very quick to respond - answering questions, resolving issues, and providing very useful information.
Cons: There is nothing specifically that comes to mind that I do not like about Journyx. I will say that when there are any issues encountered while using the system, there are certain error messages that can sound a bit confusing and not straightforward.
Overall: I have been in my current position for over 7 years and have used Journyx the entire time here. Any issues that we encountered over the years were always quickly resolved by the Technical Support team. I couldn't be happier with the system, its functionality, and the customer service that has been provided.

Pros: It has a good feature that we need for our business but, doesn't work well. I don't know any other pros because ever since I joined this company, we have been having the same challenges with the product.
Cons: The Journyx application was working okay until about six months ago, when we began experiencing persistent syncing issues with our NetSuite ERP system. Resolving these issues has been consistently delayed, and errors keep recurring even after we are told they have been resolved. Additionally, the product support responsiveness and overall service quality have been very poor.

Pros: Reliable and easy to set up
Time clocks are reliable
Fingerprint registration is easy to complete
Reports are good once you know how to retrieve themCons: Initial training was not enough
Reports are not as intuitive as I would have expectedOverall: Overall, I am satisfied with the product and service support. Installation was relatively easy. My only complaint is that the initial training was short and reports definitely need more. On the other hand, general support is excellent and responds appropriately.

Pros: Very easy to setup and be used by employees, was able to get set up in 2 weeks. Good integration with excel for easy reporting.
Cons: Mobile app needs a lot of work to be a premium time tracking system as more people want to use the app for input and approvals
Overall: Very good time tracking software for companies. Good integration with payroll systems and no complaints other than improving the mobile app
