    "My Favourite Task-Tracking App"

    Pros: Ease of use, intuitive interface, simple design, ability to filter tasks by various criteria, shared boards, audit trail, recurring tasks.

    Cons: I'd like the high priority items to be more apparent visually. The small red arrow isn't visible enough to be functional, although you can filter by task priority.

    Overall: I've been using this for years without any issues. I rely on it daily to plan my day, and often refer to it weekly/monthly for high-level workload planning. The shared boards have been a great addition for new employees because other people can add tasks and check on progress without constant meetings.

    Pros: Is a very easy to use tool.
    flexible with multiple swim lanes.
    Has simple yet nice interface.
    Their customer service is kind and professional.

    Cons: No nested boards.
    Less add-ins compared to other Kanbans.
    Visually not so appealing as other tools.

    Overall: It is my project management tool of choice for over one year and I am very happy so far.
    Still some improvements could be made but for the time being I would recommend it for small teams and for quick learning curve needs.

    Pros: What I like the most in Kanban Tool is that it is simple and clean. It offers everything you would expect in a kanban, without being full of buttons and options you will never use.

    Cons: One of the low points of Kanban Tool is the recurring task tool. I feel it would be better if it offered more flexibility on the frequency of tasks, although it already offers many frequency options.

    Overall: Kanban tool has served me extremely well to organize and prioritize tasks. It is easy to make customizations to any workflow.
