Astah SysML
Astah SysML is a SysML v1 modeling tool for systems engineering and model-based systems engineering (MBSE), developed by Change Vision, Inc. It supports block definition, internal block, requirement, parametric, use case, state machine, activity, and sequence diagrams, plus requirement tables and mind maps.
Designs are stored as models, so a change to a block or requirement is reflected in every diagram that uses it. Profiles, XMI import/export, and data exchange with Cameo Systems Modeler are supported.
AI Chat Copilot works with your own API key for OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or an OpenAI-compatible service, and a local MCP server lets external AI agents work with your models.
Astah SysML runs on Windows and macOS. Simulation is not included. A 20-day free trial is available.
For SysML v2, Change Vision offers separate products that run as Visual Studio Code extensions: SysMLv2 Editor and SysMLv2 Modeler (early access).
