I am so impressed with this company! They seem to really care about their customers and make sure they feel welcome and heard. Their customer service is just out of this world! You can tell these employees care about you and want to give you training with each call so you understand the program better instead of just fixing your problem, they really help you to wrap your mind around the issue at hand, which is nice!

Cons: There are alot of tabs that will take time to learn and understand.

Overall: Great program! I am thoroughly impressed with their Customer Service and ease of use. I have experience working the other major PM software brands and I have to say, I'm most impressed with Rent Manager!

Pros: Reports, drafting letters, sending emails, texting, organizing data, this is a bookkeeper's best friend

Cons: UI is a bit outdated as the software performs well but it looks like it came out of 2010

Overall: Rent Manager has all the bells and whistles when it comes to reports of any kind, be it tenants, financial, or general information, and is easy to learn how to use, and the customer support is top-notch; they can solve any issue.

Pros: The system is easy to use. Anytime I have issues, you can call the support number and they will screenshare and help to resolve any problems. My company uses it for tenant management and accounting. I really like the accounting features as it allows you to do bank sync. For as many features as it has, the fees are reasonable. Great product overall for rental management and accounting.

Cons: Cons Some of the financial reports are not as easy created like Quickbooks. There are work arounds but would like more standard reports for financials. The price as well.

Cons: There are a lot of features, so it can take some time to learn where everything is. A few areas could also be a little more user-friendly.

Overall: Overall, we’ve had a good experience with Rent Manager. It helps keep everything organized and makes managing properties and tenant information much easier.

Pros: Rent Manager delivers great value for medium-to-large portfolios, though it’s pricey for small landlords—customer support is responsive but slower at month-end, and while the desktop version is powerful once you learn it, the mobile app still has occasional bugs and crashes; that said, tenant and rental management are excellent, with reliable rent collection and deep customization options.

I know when I call them they are going to solve my issue immediately. It is very refreshing to experience great customer service that goes extra mile.

Pros: I really find texting to be huge, as it allows for seamless and fast communication with all of our tenants in the building, as well as other properties. Rent Manager provides clear oversight to those in management about what's going on with tenants and prospects, which means anyone can pick up where someone left off with full clarity. The ability to integrate with our leasing software is essential. The UI and graphical aspect of Rent Manager is easier to grasp and more straightforward than Yardi. The initial setup was also very easy.

Cons: The inability to filter for some basic things is definitely a disadvantage; there are a million search parameters however, some basic ones are left missing. When dealing with 1000+ prospects and bulk data. Things like, the ability to filter out by who has paid the application fees, would be one of the few off the top of my head.

Overall: Overall, nothing but positive feedback from us. I use Rent Manager for accounting, prospect tracking, billing, rent management, and tenant relations. It helps solve late payments, missed communications, tenant accounts, and overall building management issues. Texting for fast communication and integration with leasing software are big benefits.
