Pros: It is a comprehensive system. I have found it to be fairly easy to use.

Cons: The help feature. It is very vague and doesn't address the details, which are the most important aspects of the system. It forces me to go to chat, which is inefficient and then have to request a chat, which takes forever.

Overall: It's ok. It does most of my work but it is expensive and the help feature is terrible.

Pros: I love the app and how easy it is for my clients and employees to use. I like that I can usually find the answer to a question by searching the help page and customer service has always been great about getting back to me if I needed to reach out.

Cons: It’s taken a while to learn and I still don’t know all the settings and features. Biggest con is the price. It’s soooo expensive and hard to afford when you start getting more and more employees.

Overall: My business took a huge leap in professionalism and organization when I switched to time to pet. I believe it helps new clients trust us. I love that everything for pets and staff is all kept in one place.
