I installed v1.39.0, and it's working properly. Thanks!
I downloaded v1.37.0 yesterday, and v1.38.0 today, and with both of them. I'm getting the error "User-defined type not defined" at the line Function RegQueryStringValue64(ByVal hKey As LongPtr, ByVal strValueName As String) As String in module mdlRegistry. My system setup is Windows 10 Pro, 64-bit, Excel 2007. I don't get this error with v1.36.0.
Follow-up: I was able to copy the files from another computer, and I installed the .xlam file as an Add-In. I'm seeing inconsistent display results using Full Compare; Quick Compare seems to work better. I'm not sure if I'll be able to use it in the future or not... In Full Compare, the progress window doesn't display while the comparison is running; sometimes the windows for the compared files are reduced to just the title bar; I think there have been other problems as well.

This issue also affects using alternate date formats, such as mm/dd/yyyy (rather than the default m/d/yyyy). The solution Albtross describes, of using the .Text property in the FindMatch method, seems to resolve the issue for date formats as well (as long as both spreadsheets use the same format; if the format is different, I think it's appropriate to flag it as a difference). It's surprising that this hasn't been resolved when the report is more than two years old, and the fix seems to be very ...
