Could you please tell me how to keep the field of view setting permanently, so that it doesn't reset after death?

It's so simple and intriguing, I made a bunch of edits for it on TCRF. I'm the creator of https://tcrf.net/Prerelease:Team_Fortress_Classic by the way. I'm also a boomer-in-spirit, I really do think it's superior than TF2 in every mechanic. The game is actually a sloozefest due to the armor and the slow time to kill but and I had never tried bhopping, never did the script or bind for it, I didn't want to do it and so I didn't, I played this game harder than anyone else.
