While having a browse at all manner of watch brands, I spotted the new 39mm C63 sealander. Decided on a pistachio faced variant, such a great looking watch for daily use. Equally at home worn with b... See more

Was very excited to visit the ever so popular Christopher Ward brand in their showroom in Falls Church VA, and seeing those watches in person confirmed how special they just are. Brandon and Jason were very delightful and genuine in portraying their passion for the brand and a pleasure to deal with.
The look of the watch just landed well with me— the right thing at the right time. It was a step up in tens of price from what I usually buy, but on receipt it was everything I hoped it would be. The photos I think did it justice… sometimes colors are not what you think. With a particularly colored dial it’s crucial to represent it correctly, and CW did well there. I was inclined at first to want a tan band to go with the pistachio dial— so maybe giving buyers that option at check it would be nice. That said, for anyone else who might suspect the black leather isn’t your preference for that color face, I would just suggest that you give it a minute. You’d be surprised. This watch looks wonderful with a black shirt, and the black leather band makes the dial pop nicely. I bought some tan and suede straps in anticipation of the watch being delivered, but I’ve been so pleased with the black that I haven’t bothered to put on the others yet. The black leather is also a very high quality band… nice feel and finish. Even if I were to swap it out to match different shirts, it’s still going to end up on the black again for maximum contrast.

My wife pre-ordered a Christopher Ward C60 Trident Biscay GMT 39mm on Consort bracelet for my birthday, with shipping scheduled by mid-October. When I received the watch (a couple of days ahead of schedule), it was on a nice leather strap instead of the bracelet. I assumed there was a likely explanation, so I unpacked, set and began enjoying a beautiful timepiece. When I contacted CW the next day, Customer Care Manager Emma Lynch responded promptly, letting me know that there had been a QC issue with the Consort bracelet. Rather than delay my watch by several weeks, CW elected to put it on a $100+ Vintage Oak leather strap instead and ship as scheduled. The Consort will ship by end of October at no extra charge, and I can also keep the leather strap. An email had been sent earlier explaining this- to my wife, who isn't very attentive to email, and didn't see it. I was very pleased with this proactive approach to customer service. Honestly, many other companies would have just delayed the shipment further with little explanation. Any watch enthusiasts can deal with Christopher Ward with confidence that they will be treated as an important part of their business.

I learned about Christopher Ward through the typical watch nerd blogs. When it came time to buy a watch to commemorate the birth of my first child the option to factory engrave their name and DOB made the decision easy. I had never seen a CW watch in person and was very impressed with the quality and finishing compared to similarly priced watches.I will definitely be looking at other CW watches in the future.

The new Sealander in the Tiffany blue 36mm is a beautiful watch and great for the Summer!! It is super easy to read and the finishing on the entire watch is flawless.
The entire process went very well. I would just like to suggest an improvement or change to the sales process though I’m not sure if this is feasible for Brazil or other countries. For instance, Venezianico uses a "duties included" (DDP) model, where taxes are already built into the price or pre-paid. This simplifies the customs process with the shipping carrier and ensures the total cost is clear at the time of purchase, with no surprises. Implementing this could be an opportunity to expand sales within the Brazilian community; for example, I already know three people who might be interested. Otherwise, everything was sensational, and the piece itself is a real gem. I absolutely love it, and my wife is even interested in getting one for herself.

Bought my second CW watch, an elegant pistachio Sealander C63. I love it. The new (to me) strap adjustment is easily and takes a lot of bother away. I am impressed.

All of the talking heads speak to the value that Christopher Ward brings to the table. Well, they were right. This watch quickly became one of the most worn, as it works with almost everything. You can dress it up or down with ease.

I am absolutely blown away by my new 36mm Christopher Ward C63 Sealander in Sky Blue. The watch itself is completely flawless—the striking pastel lacquer dial looks incredible in person, and the overall fit, finish, and attention to detail punch way above its weight class.
The buying experience was just as impressive. Shipping was immensely quick, arriving much faster than expected. 10 out of 10 stars, I couldn't be happier with this purchase and will definitely be buying from Christopher Ward again.

The whole experience was seamless and easy from site research to delivery.
The watch itself its amazing excellent quality. It was a gift for my husband and he is wearing it everyday.
I'm a bit disappoited about the engraving, tipografy is not so nice as I expected and seems unnotice.

I had a wonderful experience with CW. When I needed to update my watch specifications during the pre-order stage, the support team took care of everything quickly and professionally.
I live in a small town in Brazil, so I was genuinely surprised by how fast the delivery was. And, of course, the watch is absolutely amazing. I couldn't be happier with my purchase!

My first Christopher Ward and I cannot stop wearing my Lumière Green Fifteen! Superb watch and beautifully presented. The 6 month preorder wait was worth it! 10/10

Beautiful watch, bracelet is great. The tooless change between bracelet and strap are great. The only improvement I would say, is make the rubber strap a bit more heavy duty. It’s very comfortable, but a bit flimsy.
